SGT Furrow

SGT Furrow gave a Soccer Ball (FootBall) to an Iraqi child. This is the number one item asked for by the Children.

CPL Byrd

Here is CPL Byrd giving away pencils to the Iraqi children. This is the second most asked for item. The third is chocolate and that all melted..... Yeah,,, that's what happend to it all. It melted... Really. I didn't eat it all.....

CPL Byrd and Hamid (I think...)

This was an Iraqi child who really liked Americans. Him and his friends were VERY excited to see us coming.

ASR Michigan

This is right after an IED attack. Another live IED is up the road by the black stuff. The one that blew is about 150 meters up the road.

The IED Crater

On the right side next to the mirror is the crater that the IED made. I was driving by when I took this picture.

SSG Messinger and SPC Pham

Setting up the Dragon Eye for a night flight. The Dragon Eye is an Unmanned Reconnaissance airplane. We use this from time to time to get an eye in the sky.
